V., de 18 a\u00f1os de edad, por el delito de abuso sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n ministerial, el hecho se registr\u00f3 este domingo 28 de agosto, cuando la v\u00edctima caminaba sobre la calle Gaspar Ochoa, de la colonia La Moderna, en el citado municipio y fue interceptada por el presunto responsable, quien hizo tocamientos de \u00edndole sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La afectada logr\u00f3 pedir auxilio a unas personas que pasaban por el lugar, mismas que retuvieron al presunto agresor hasta que arribaron los polic\u00edas investigadores que lo pusieron a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda de Distrito Zona Sur, autoridad definir\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>**De acuerdo con las leyes y normas vigentes, el imputado se presume inocente mientras no se declare su responsabilidad mediante sentencia emitida por la autoridad judicial (art\u00edculo 13 del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales).<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n (AEI) del municipio de Jim\u00e9nez, detuvieron en el t\u00e9rmino legal de la flagrancia a Rodolfo Israel V.
