{"id":7281,"date":"2022-09-05T07:52:16","date_gmt":"2022-09-05T13:52:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpapelerito.com.mx\/?p=7281"},"modified":"2022-09-05T07:52:17","modified_gmt":"2022-09-05T13:52:17","slug":"inundaciones-aumento-de-caudal-de-rios-y-derrumbes-en-parral-allende-y-el-tule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpapelerito.com.mx\/?p=7281","title":{"rendered":"Inundaciones, aumento de caudal de r\u00edos y derrumbes en Parral, Allende y El Tule"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gobierno del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (CEPC), la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Humano y Bien Com\u00fan (SDHyBC) y el DIF Estatal, llev\u00f3 insumos a la zona sur del territorio estatal, por la tarde noche de este domingo 4 de septiembre, diversos insumos en apoyo a las personas que resultaron afectadas por las fuertes lluvias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Allende, El Tule y Parral, los titulares municipales de Protecci\u00f3n Civil reportaron que las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas provocaron inundaciones repentinas de calles y caminos, as\u00ed como el aumento del caudal de r\u00edos y arroyos, y algunos derrumbes de bardas, casas e inmuebles, entre \u00e9stos, una bodega del Seminario de Parral, sin registro de personas lesionadas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/elpapelerito.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220905-WA0005-1024x675.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elpapelerito.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220905-WA0005-1024x675.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/elpapelerito.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220905-WA0005-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elpapelerito.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220905-WA0005-768x507.jpg 768w, https:\/\/elpapelerito.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220905-WA0005-750x495.jpg 750w, https:\/\/elpapelerito.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220905-WA0005.jpg 1072w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante esta contingencia, la CEPC moviliz\u00f3 esta noche al personal operativo hacia el municipio de Parral, para trasladar hasta ah\u00ed los insumos necesarios en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n. En el caso del cauce del r\u00edo Balleza, se dio a conocer que se mantiene en aumento, debido a la creciente del r\u00edo Conchos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, en la regi\u00f3n centro-sur, personal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil del Estado y autoridades municipales de Julimes, mantienen un monitoreo constante de los cuerpos de agua, as\u00ed como de los puentes Fernando Baeza, Pande\u00f1o, Arenilla El Torre\u00f3n y Ang\u00e9lica Luj\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El titular de Villa L\u00f3pez refiere que debido a que el Ojo de Atotonilco se sali\u00f3 de su cauce, no se descarta que en las pr\u00f3ximas horas podr\u00edan aumentar las afectaciones, por lo que se mantienen en situaci\u00f3n de alerta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, en el municipio de Jim\u00e9nez fueron evacuadas 67 personas de las comunidades Plan de Ayala, B\u00fafalo y rancho Checheloya y se espera que se alberguen m\u00e1s, debido al riesgo de que se desborde el r\u00edo Florido; durante este lunes 6 de septiembre continuar\u00e1n los recorridos por zonas de riesgo en apoyo a las autoridades municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el municipio de Camargo contin\u00faa la alerta preventiva, ya que durante esta tarde-noche se present\u00f3 una fuerte tormenta que ha generado inundaciones en calles, as\u00ed como el ingreso de agua en algunas viviendas y contin\u00faa el incremento del caudal del r\u00edo, por lo que se prev\u00e9 que en pr\u00f3ximas pudiera salirse de su cauce y afectar zonas aleda\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta contingencia, se cuenta con el apoyo de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional, mediante la implementaci\u00f3n del Plan DN-III de apoyo a la poblaci\u00f3n civil en casos de desastre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" r\u00edos, arroyos, canales o presas, ante el peligro de ser arrastrados por la corriente y pone a disposici\u00f3n el tel\u00e9fono 9-1-1 para
